How to use the service

You can request another Parole Board review if all of the following apply to you: you are in the community on an IPP or DPP licence and one year has passed since the end of your 2 year qualifying period If you have been recalled to custody and subsequently re-released, you may also apply if: the Parole Board decided to release you on licence after your recall and one year has passed since you were re‑released on your IPP / DPP licence. If you are not sure whether you can apply, speak to your Probation Practitioner, who can help you.
