Requirements If you started living in the UK by 31 December 2020, you can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme . The deadline for applying is 30 June 2021. If you’ve already applied to the EU Settlement Scheme, or already have a UKVI account, check your UK Visas and Immigration account details are up to date .
