If you’re a housebuilder or developer experienced in residential development, you can apply to join the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).

How to use the service To bid to develop homes on land owned by Homes England or other public sector bodies, you will need to apply to join our Delivery Partner DPS. You can apply to join if you’re a housebuilder, developer or organisation who does residential development.
